Here's how. First, flip up the headset band, peel off the back pad until it detaches from the headset band, and then unhook the top strap.

Detach the headset cable strip from the back pad. On the left side of the headset band, flip open the metal clasp of the headphone and detach the left headphone and side cushion.

Carefully pull out the face cushion frame to detach it from the visor, then unplug the original headset cable. Connect the short headset cable to the headset cable port. Reattach the face cushion frame by aligning its tabs to the slots on the headset and gently pushing the face cushion frame in.

You'll hear a click when the face cushion frame locks into place. Reattach the left headphone clip and side cushion to the headset band. Make sure the stopper is between the visor and the left headphone. Insert the hooks on the buckle of the top headset strap into the holes on the thin velcro pad. Make sure the thin velcro pad is flush against the top headset strap. After attaching the thin velcro pad, hook the top headset strap into the top two center slots on the headset band.

Gently pull up the top headset strap to lock it into place. Then align the tabs on the back pad arrow marker should point up with their corresponding slots on the headset band. Press firmly along the back pad to reattach it to the headset band. Align and stick the head pad to the thin velcro pad that's attached to the top headset strap.

From the base of the wireless adapter, detach the screws and remove the cradle that's used for VIVE. Attach the cradle for VIVE Cosmos to the base of the wireless adapter, and then fasten the screws back into place. Unfasten the velcro strap at the bottom of the wireless adapter.

Hook the clip between the thin velcro pad and the head pad. Wrap the velcro strap of the wireless adapter around the head pad and press to attach. Insert the other end of the short headset cable to the back of the wireless adapter. Use the long USB cable to connect the power bank to the wireless adapter. Follow the onscreen instructions to pair the Wireless Adapter with the wireless link box.
